Xiamen Hualun Textile Trading Co., Ltd., which locates at North Hubin Road of Xiamen, was founded in October, 1993. The co***ny, with an enrolling capital of 35,000,000RMB, began as an agent distributing the products for the general co***ny. Now it is composed of over 40 staffs.
Since September, 1994, the co***ny focus on the field of free trade, and it developed quickly with its solid base and ability. In 2000, the co***ny was awarded as one of ¡°the top 300 corporations of the tertiary industry¡± in Fujian Province. Further more, in 2001,the co***ny had a turnover of 190,000,000RMB and gross asset of 280,000,000RMB.
In 2002, the co***ny became one of subsidiaries of Fujian Ascent & Affluence Group, and focused on big deals of weaving trade, imports and exports of raw material of weave, and logistic business. The business included cotton, PTA, EG, PET, Terylene, cotton yarn, cotton piece goods, garments, toys, body-building equipments, artware, and business of terminal, storage and freights.
At the same time, the enterprise dealed with self-support supplying selling raw material of weave and weaving finished products and semi-manufactured goods. The total turnover of the whole year was nearly 350,000,000RMB and the weaving goods exporting was over USD20,000,000 in the second half of the year.
